We are a highly skilled and proficient human services agency that empowers intellectually disabled adults though structured social interaction with peers, positive role models, and members of the community. We are a young, energetic organization with an emphasis on forming authentic, working relationships with each family we serve.
With combined experience in the professional fields of, Education, Special Education, Psychology, Healthcare, Direct Support Professionals, and Human Development, our staff are creative, compassionate professionals with a true passion for making positive changes in the lives of the individuals we serve.
It is our vision that our consumers will have every resource to learn, grow, live, and thrive in our community, which fully includes and embraces them as valued and contributing members of the community. We believe that persons with developmental disabilities can achieve satisfying lives according to their interests, aptitudes, and abilities within the least restrictive environments.
Our team of experienced administrators/ direct care staff have been achieving great things with developmentally disabled adults for over 25 years! We love what we do with and for our participants. We strive to make sure our participants are receiving the best services and care possible. We have always been strong advocates for our participants to ensure quality care.
It is expected that our participants will increase their independence, develop better self-images, be more capable of independent decision making, and improve their access to the community-at-large.
Our Program Director, Dominique M. has been working as a manager, teacher, and mentor in this field for more than ten years! She has the innate ability to see the positive potential in each participant and individual that she works with and is able to help construct a clear path for each individual's path to personal achievement. Valuing communication, organization, and structure, Dominique is the operational force behind many of the programs and events at our agencies. She and her staff create trusting relationships with each participant and family, in order to create truly authentic relationships and experiences through our programming, services, individual mentoring, and enrichment/educational programs.
